Batam - It was to be a short trip to Batam with my family and parents. Took the ferry from Harbourview (near Sentosa). The passenger departure cost S$3.00 per person.
Stayed @ Novotel Batam - 3-star hotel - Rp 415,000/night.
The rooms and service was very bad.
The last night we had a treat when the band that was playing was very attentive and played many mandarin and nice songs that we requested. My parents requested some Malay songs which they played readily.
